4.5 week old Blue Laced Wyandotte sex?

This is Tookie. Tooks has got some real jerk tendencies towards the other chicks, but is a real sweety with people. We have been really hoping that she reallly is a she, but the size of the comb has got me doubting. We got her from an extremely well established hatchery, but mistakes happen. We cannot have adult roosters in our city and would eventually have to give Tooks away if she is indeed a he, so i wanted to see what other Wyandotte owners think.
