This is for a trio (3). One Cockerel and 2 pullets all feather legged. Chicks will be shipped approximately 2-4 weeks from auction end depending on weather on both ends. They will be between 4-6 weeks old. They will be shipped Express Mail with Hold for Pickup unless the buyer specifies otherwise. The shipping day will be a Monday unless otherwise specified.

My main roo is a pure Jeane C1 line. The hens are Jeane/Presley lines. I now have current first generation pullets in with the Roo, Jasper. The resulting eggs are darker than their mother's to date.

ALL our birds in our breeding pens are feather legged. All of our original breeding program came from private breeders. While we are getting an occasional clean leg chick now into our 3-4 generation, these chicks will have feather legs. These chicks are hatching from a 6 or better egg. Some we are keeping for ourselves but can only keep so many!

I have taken some more updated pics to show the coloring better in the hens necks. It was close to sunset so forgive the lighting. I will try to get some more if our weather will ever cooperate.

Payment is by paypal only and due 24 hours after auction ends. If you use Echecks, the chicks will not ship until the payment is cleared.
Not responsible for PO mishaps. Chicks will arrive at the PO healthy and ready to ship. They will be shipped with Grogel and a warmer can be added for an extra $3 if needed. Shipping cost includes the box fee.
I do not ship to Hawaii or outside the US.

yes you can pick them up if you would like. I am located 90 miles south of Lexington off Hwy 127. Liberty ky 42539

Thanks! I'm always concerned about what can happen during shipping. I know that poultry is shipped often, but I guess that I'm an overprotective mom!

I know the feeling. I had 2 shipments last fall that had bad handling through the postal and they didn't make it. It is heart breaking. however I have not had older birds die.

When would they have to be picked up if they were in fact picked up? I wouldn't be able to get there for a week or two after this ends if I won.

that would be fine. they wouldn't be ready to go till then anyway. I have a couple week olds that this pair would be coming out of. This gives me time to make sure that you get a cockerel and 2 pullets!
