Some one please help

i Cant keep a rooster where i live

They all appear to be pullets except the Colombian rock. That is the only one I'm questioning.

I'm guessing the ee is a rooster based on the primarily black and white coloring but lots of red coming in on the wings... Can't see it's comb and wattles though

Based on coloring, the Easter egger looks like a cockerel. The rusty colored patches on the wings are a giveaway. Easter Eggers have pea combs and smaller if not, no wattles which makes them harder to sex at a young age.
