Buff one: silkie mix. Looks just like mine. Hen
Barred one: easter egger\EE mix cockerel
Black with little crest: polish mix? Feathered legs are domonant!, so not silkie. Reminds me of an Icelandic hen. Hen
Chocolate\black: Australorp mix? Hen

So if the barred one is an EE mix (I assume you mean with a BR, CM, or Dom), does that explain why he has no wattles? Is that how you can tell it is an EE? Or is it the funky comb or something else? EE never even crossed my mind.

Eh. The muffs and beard clued me, but the comb sealed the deal. EE can be a combo of anything really? As long as they carry the blue egg gene. But now that he is a crossed,I suspect he may actually be an olive egger. He does have a little crest... Which makes me question what he is crossed with... So I don't know. Definitely not a Dom or his comb would be even weirder.

Oh I see the muffs now. The barring played tricks on my eyes like camouflage. That makes sense. I knew EE's had muffs but not that they could lack wattles.

Well that certainly explains why he looks so "off".
