I have to disagree with you...I have 3 RR and an ISA, these are screaming RR and showing nothing of an ISA, I'm pretty sure ISA Browns are golden when chicks(if female), with solid golden wings...no pattern. These are identical to my RR chicks.
I'm not familiar with Harcos, but they're not screaming cockerel at this point.
If the ISAs are indeed ISAs, they're both female. ISA browns are a sex link bird. This means the sex is linked to the color. Gold is female, silver is male. Both your chicks are clearly gold, so they're female.
