4 day old chick trouble with pooping

It was certainly not as bad as it's been other mornings. I did notice that she had some seepage and her belly was wet. Got her cleaned up she seems to be doing all right now

Good. It may take a couple of days, but I think you are on the right track.

Day 3 and things have really improved with the morning cleaning and bath!

They are also getting their first round of fermented feed and I think I like it!

Is that fermented chick crumble or grains?
Anything other than mash or crumble, they'll need some chick grit.

It's fermented chick starter and oats. Grit has been available since I started feeding anything other than starter.

So little chick is eating, drinking, and pooping over the last week. I have noticed she is getting new feathers but has not seemed to gain any weight. Do I need to increase protein for her to gain additional weight?

It could take a few months or more for it to 'catch up' in size and development.
I'd just feed it the same as the others.
Are you actually weighing it daily at the same time of day?

No I haven't been weighting her, I guess I should to be sure if she is or not. I was going by her size each day when I bath her. I'll keep feeding her the same and weigh her daily at the same time.

Not a full bath. I put the antifungal creme on twice a day and before I reapply, I rinse any remaining creme remnants off to keep the area clean. I take this time to check her over for any other issues.
