4 Day Old Chick with backwards head

I've been trying to figure out what's going on with one of my new chicks. She's been fine until this afternoon when I noticed her laying in the brooder with her head doing a complete 180. I've been giving her electrolytes via a dropper and then this evening did poly-vi-sol, E, and selenium. Would torticollis turn her head completely around though?

You mean Wry neck? Yes! Wry neck can do that.

Yes. Wry neck. I'd seen it called so many things I just went with the technical term I guess. Thanks for that link. I hadn't come across that one yet.
