One of my small hens has successfully brought into the world two adorable black and yellow ducklings - all was going well until this morning when I opened up the coop and found one of the ducklings feeble and apparently unable to walk - it was eating and shuffling about - does anyone know what could be the matter ? I am feeding them crushed corn and peas and they have access to clean water - they are still in the small hut with their mummy - should I take her out? Has she sat on it? HELP PLEASE

Not sure, but I would start by evaluating temperature and diet. Is mom keeping them warm, and what are they eating? Might be def worth it for you to start supplementing with Niacin.

Corn and peas have calories, a few vitamins, and not nearly enough nutrients for ducklings.

Of course, it could be just about anything, including viruses or bacterial or fungal infection.

But I agree with HollyDuckFarmer, be sure of the temperature and make sure it is warm enough for the littles (not too warm for the broody), and get some gro-gel or sav-a-chick into that duckling a.s.a.p.
