4 day old peachick..broken toe?

My peachick is doing well but it has one little toe that looks crooked, bump on the joint and is tiny bit pink . I have no idea how it could have possibly got injured. It is in the brooder with two buff orps, also hatched on 8/1. It is walking fine.

Any suggestions on what to do to help his little toe?

You can splint it in place with two pieces of duck tape, one on the top one on the bottom across all three toes.
