4 dollars and 20 minutes later! Testing out some feeder ideas

This is exactly why I held off on putting mine in with my ladies until they were a bit bigger. I used 4 inch pipes, so pretty good risk of someone getting head over heels in there and becoming trapped. I think I remember someone here on BYC posting about one of their ladies getting stuck and dying in one of the kind where it is a "Y" on a tall pipe. Not sure how that happens, but guess it is possible.

They can’t get in much further than than that. These are 3” elbows I couldn’t go any smaller or the Megladucks would not be able to use it.
