4 ducklings hatched without eyes?!?

There hasn't been nearly the nutritional research for ducks as there has been for chickens and turkeys but there has been a significant amount for white pekins, I would surmise that muscovies have somewhat different requirements.

From what I am finding (only regular blog type websites) it is more common in muscovy.
The above study is the only one I can find right now and although it is about geese it mentions muscovy, but that is about it.

OP..what feed do you use now?

I use the basic feed that's stocked at local tractor supplies. For the ducklings right now it's the starter/grower I believe it's dumor brand?

I quit using dumor after I found bugs in every single bag of their feed, and switched to purina flock raiser crumbles.

Yes, we don't live too close to the coast We're in the Greenville area. I think the worst of the wind is over but we might get some flooding. I actually just went and did a rescue mission for my other sweet brown girl(muscovy)! I think she got tired of the rain but she wouldn't get to shelter. She was just standing in the rain looking like a penguin!
