....okay.....also, on my school website it says he's the Ag teacher but my brother says he's also the 4H teach. I'm confused.

I've yet to meet a 4H leader who isn't happy to help kids who are interested. The only time I have seen/heard of a 4H leader mildly annoyed is when kids are doing something against the rules(bashing the judge, not taking proper care of their animals) that sort of thing.
