I have 4 roosters I would like to rehome. The Icelandic is a rare landrace that is cold hardy, an excellent forager, and lays medium white eggs. They don't have an SOP or breed "look", but I guarantee all of these are Icelandics. The boys are well-behaved but appropriately standoffish, and I just don't have the setup to keep a bachelor flock or that's what I would do lol. I live just south of Des Moines, IA and am willing to drive about 150 miles to meet up.
Edit to add:// I added the letter I received from the farm when I purchased hatching eggs, and I am in the FB group with David Grote, the biggest breeder of Icelandics in the US, who can confirm he sold the farm some of his birds.
