4 month Buff Silkie-would you call these streamers?

This is the 4 month old buff Silkie we got today. They were calling her a she, but do these look like streamer feathers?

Those aren't "streamers", just the crown feathers .... Here's a couple links you can read up ... Yours is looking to be a pullet, going by the head feathering, can't see the comb much with all the feathers
