Hey guys, another question.... this same girl is now laying daily, and although the eggs are gradually getting bigger, they’re still quite tiny compared to a regular “large” egg (see pics). Is this normal? She started laying early at 4 mths so maybe she’s still just getting going? She’s just over 5 mths now and the middle egg is from today. My ladies free range most of the day and get feed, corn and lots of healthy veg/fruit treats daily. She is happy, healthy and super friendly, just still laying mini eggs lol

I think they are a little smaller? When I bought my Ameraucanas I was shown the eggs she had on hand and they looked to be on the smaller side in a carton for commercial “large eggs”, they didn’t fill it like the store bought eggs do. My girls have yet to start laying but they are getting bright red and are around the same age so I’m hoping to see some eggs pop up shortly! Congrats on the little lady laying
