Well hard to say I'm gonna say roo to because of the tail formation and just it's over all look

I would guess roo too due to the fancy colours on the wings (roosters are a lot fancier than hens), the tail is looking roosterish, in general it looks like a big bird and also appears to be strutting around like a proud roo!
