4 month old hen constipated and dirty rear end??

hi so I recently saw my 4 month old lavender Orpington with a dirty bum, like really dirty. When ever she tries to defecate it looks like she’s in pain? I don’t know what to do because it’s been getting progressively worse over the past 2 weeks. None of my other chickens have it, she is weak, tired, and kinda immobile. Should I post pictures? Any way I could treat it?

outdoors she’s mixed with other hens but they’re only around a year older than her

No, I feed her Purina chick starter,layer , and all flock feed

Can you wash her butt, look for lice while you are doing so, then post a new photo?
