It is hard to know for sure without seeing a vet, but I would treat for a fungal infection or vent gleet. I would get some nystatin and give it orally, and also put an antifungal cream on the vent and below after cleaning it daily. Miconazole or clotrimazole are common creams for that, and you may have something similar.

If it is a yeast or fungal, what do you guys think of having her wash it with plain yogurt?
