4 month old hen constipated and dirty rear end??

What kind of anti-fungal medications do you have available?
if you mean if i have any with me right now, then no i dont. I would have to go out and buy some, or order it. I would only probably be able to buy something for humans, i doubt they have chicken grade anti fungal antibiotics at the pharmacy

no, no maggots. looks like a fungal rash in my opinion.
I havent seen her poop but she is eating now
I would keep her confined so you can observe....and get someone to help you take some clearer pics?

I'd isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so you can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

I went back this morning to see how she was doing and she was better. A couple hours later I looked at her vent and.. it was oozing a little bit and extremely red.. she’s so sluggish and she stinks so bad.
also sorry for the blurry pics, this is the best I could do
Thanks for trying but these pictures aren't clear enough either.

Human medication is fine.

The smell is coming from her butt area or her face?
Does she have yellow cheesy looking stuff in her mouth too?

also she sounds congested and there's discharge coming out of her nose, it's white-ish. Can God please give me a break with this chicken it seems like something new is wrong with her everyday

I would wash/soak the area in a warm epsom salts bath at least once a day. Apply something like Vetericyn to the yellow area - it's really hard to see what that is. It might be vent gleet, but usually it's a white pasty discharge instead of yellow looking.

Photos of the inside of her beak and what's coming out of her nose along with more clear photos would be good.

Is her crop empty in the mornings?
