I would appreciate any feedback or information I can get. We got 10 chicks back in March. They are still eating starter grower and have been out in the coop for over 2 months now, thriving with out other girls. One of them just started laying. Yesterday, out of the blue, one of the marans' head was drooping, like her beak was touching the ground and she couldn't lift it. I isolated her, gave her vitamins, electrolytes which she was able to drink it seemed if I put the trough to her mouth, and she ate a good bit of scrambled egg I fixed for her. This morning, her head is upright and looks normal, but she wont come out of the coop. I checked her out and she seems ok. She has continued purring I call it and talking to me happily through this whole ordeal. She also did have some yellow foamy diarrhea yesterday. Any thoughts?
