4 month old pullet with injured beak- need advice!

That's what I was thinking too. She is under close observation and I hope she heals soon, this was a similar post that I read that was helpful as her injury was not NEARLY as bad since there was only a drop or two of blood.

UPDATE:

Just wanted to close out this post that my little fluffer is doing well. I continued to monitor and disinfect. The torn part has fallen off and she is as good as new. I never winded up needing to glue it as I just disinfected it and let mother nature run its course. She is now 16 weeks old and eating drinking and running around like crazy. All is well again in the coop. Thanks for everyone's support as always!
