4 Month Old White Rock Hen or Rooster

i got a straight run at tractor supply 4 months ago and i gave two away a now i have 2 left 1 is a hen for sure and the other i'm not so sure about. he or she is 18 week old white rock.

I don't see any make specific feathers that a cockerel would definitely have by now, so pullet.

Why does it look like that? It’s kinda scrawny and scruffy.

are you talking about the other pullet that came up in the video she does weigh a Little less than the other hen but the dirtiness is because it was raining last night and she got muddy

Yes. There is almost always a difference in size and weight among many of my same breed pullets.
