4 New Pullets - My First Flock

Just bought 4 Pullets: 2 Rhode Island REds and 2 Golden Sex Links age 3 months old.
Tractor supply store didnt have any Grower/Finisher so i just bought a bag of starter/grower, should i be feeding a medicated feed or not? What are some things that i need to do first that you can think of.........The person i got them from says they have been wormed, been on medicated feed, probiotics in the water and so on so on.......Oh and by the way how do my ladies look

Medicated feed contains an ingredient that combats cocci. I haven't had a need for it, myself (knock on wood).

so, if there are no sick birds, there is no use in using medicated feed right?
do yall recommened a particular brand or type of feed
