Can't kill these, like them too much, will have to give them away, still too much of a city boy. We slaughtered 3 ducks last weekend and I don't care to do it again anytime soon (I didn't even like them).

We have a young polish hen and solkie hen as well, about 2 weeks older. The amerauanas all stick together and the silky and polish are buds though, so I fear she still will be sad and lonely, at least the polish and silkie are very nice though, they never peck, polish is top in the pecking order but never pecks very hard. Also have a black sex link that's 5-6 months old we got so we don't have to wait as long for eggs, but she is a B*tch and drew blood and really seemed to intend to kill the polish when she was introduced so she is separated now along with a golden sebright hen who's maybe 2-3 months old (and thinks she is a rooster, I've been hearing her try to crow)

pics of their combs if it changes anything:

Anyone experienced with ameraucanas have any input about the colors being so mixed? Is that just what roosters look like before they molt a second time, or do we have freakish mixed breeds (we are supposed to just have wheatons).

They're not really that mixed, it's just how Wheatens and Blue Wheatens mature. Some boys are whiter than others when they first feather out.

You've got a Blue Wheaten there too if that's what you are curious of.
