Gizmo and Dobbie are beautiful! Thanks for the tip. They love to be held so they shouldn't mind that. These chicks crack me up. They want to be in the middle of whatever is going on. They love a nice warm lap!

There is no telling what Charlie is LOL. He is a lot smaller than the EE chicks that I purchased at the same time same place, and I guessed them to be the same age.
Well she's cute...and hopefully she will lay
I have heard mixed stories about how well polish lay. Hopefully I have a trio of layers!
Wow Charlie is gorgeous!!! I have a Sl polish and i love the breed now and want some more!!! anway i was told that if the top hat is perfictly round then it is a hen if it spikey and kind of untidey then it is a male.

Thank you miohippus!
Charlie's tophat was just like white feathers in a black ponytail holder on the top of her head. All of the white crested black polish chicks had a round pouf. Charlie just does her own thing.
Thank you nurse_turtle, Lothiriel and seminolewind. That's what I was hoping.
Well, Polish are an eye candy breed. They mostly their just to sit and look pretty. So the egg laying can be pretty poor, but then it depends on the line. If they don't get themselves killed, which they tend to do alot then they can be pretty long living. Guy I know online had two Polish Whichaway and Wrongaway who lived to be eight years old.
