I have one Bantam Frizzle Cochin chick out about 4 to 5 weeks ago that was a late hatcher and had to be assisted in hatching. She was placed with a broody hen who eggs were not fertile and was taken right in. She has gotten wing feather that curl out (so I know she is a frizzle) but, the rest of her body asside from her rear and a few small patches on her neck, still have the baby fuzz and no signs of feathers. A couple places under her neck have what looks like dried, shriveled up things that look like they could have been where feathers would come out however, I noticed that shortly after she was hatched and thought it was a result of late hatching. He rear is bald also, with no signs of feathers at all. Noone picks on her so it isnt from plucking, it just looks like she won't get any feathers. What could it be? What causes this? Is there anything I can do to help or fix this? Please help!

It could be possible but, not sure. I won the eggs in an auction on here and it was the only one that made it. I will try to contact the seller and see if maybe that is what happened and if there have been others. So is that what is could be is frizzle to frizzle? I need to read up on that.
