This little Easter Egger, named Goopy by my little brother, is the most aggressive(towards the other chicks, not people) of our chicks. At least to me, it seems s/he’s the most cockerel-y of the bunch thus far. S/he leads the pack; s/he moves, so does everyone else. If any of the other chicks dare flap their wings or look at her/him the wrong way, Goopy’s on them in seconds. Goopy’s also always on the highest perch, or if s/he can’t be, s/he’ll make sure no chick is on any perch at all. S/he’s 4 weeks old and by far the biggest chick we have. Though with Easter Eggers it’s typically impossible to tell until they’re much older, anyone have any clue whether this might be a tyrannical pullet or a little cockerel?
