I have 3- 4 week old Black australorps and the to that look like they are hens have white butt feathers(down feathers) and the on that looks like a roo and he is way bigger than the other two has black butt feathers(down feathers) Is this a good way to tell a roo from a hen or is it just by chance that it has black rather than white butt down feathers?
