4 week old chick can hardly walk

My 4 week old production red is limping and the joints are swollen. It also seems like she is having problems with her wings. She is eating and drinking and pooping still..Every day seems to get a little worse. Help.

Where did you get her from? How long has this been going on? Does she have friends? What are you feeding including treats and supplements? What kind of housing/roost? Any chance it's injury?

I got her at Runnings in Canandaigua. I noticed this a few days ago. She eats Dumour Chick starter/grower. Large brooder.
