4 week old chick eye puss?

Looks like conjuntivitis.

Does she have any other symptoms like coughing/sneezing, mucous, etc.?

Clean the eye with saline and apply Terramycin eye ointment in the eye 2X a day, see if that helps.
If you notice other symptoms, then an oral antibiotic along with tending to the eye daily may be an appropriate course of treatment to take.

No other symptoms, she's eating and drinking good. I plan on getting the ointment tomorrow and starting treatment,
