4 week old chick- pullet or cockerel? Also could use help on breed!

I’ll have to go take some recent photos. This is her a few weeks ago with her “mama”. She’s very attached, and went and snuggled up with mom while she laid. (Yes, that’s a wheelbarrow she’s laying in My chickens love to lay anywhere but the nest box).

How does she look now? I agree that the isbar is the father, as a cream legbar father would produce all barred offspring. Your pullet isn’t barred.
