4 week old chickens must go outside

Get them acclimatized (eg one night in the garage) and then they can go outside.
As @DobieLover said, a huddle box might help.
If you are really worried you can put them back in the garage for the night once they have gone to sleep.
Once they have feathers they should be fine.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow

So glad you decided to join us. You can always offer heat in one corner of the coop, they can use it if needed at night or not use it if they feel warm enough. Best wishes with your babies!

Hiya, and welcome to BYC!! :frow

I would let them have some heat of some type at least until the temp comes up or they get fully feathered in another week or two. For outdoors in the grow-out pens we use the radiant flat screen TV type called Cozy Coops, and they have a dry, draft-free "hutch" that it's in so they can go in and lean up on it if they're chilled.

We have silkies so those we don't put outside in the winter until they are two months old.
