Trying to figure out if the Comet, Tobi (Tobias?), 4 weeks old is a pullet or cockerl.

Doesn't look rooster, but it's still quite young. Are you sure it's a sex link? Than it has to be a rooster by coloring. Otherwise it looks like a meat bird to me. Although now I don't know which bird you are asking about. The red bird with the bigger comb is probably a rooster but not a sex link.

Yes, the white chick.
Mom is CCX ,sire is RIR.
Brooce is RIR mom and RIR sire...he "crowed" this morning.
The two pullets are both CCX mom and RIR sire.

Only roster is a RIR.
Hens are RIR, Barred Rock, and one CCx.
