4 week old duckling start of angel wings?

So I have 2 (4 weeks old) welsh harlequin ducklings, and Mabel does not interact with me, did have shaky legs a few weeks ago. She is smaller than her other sisters.. I notice today that her wings aren’t fully tucked. I’m worried it’s the start of angel wings. I give them brewers yeast and vitamin B complex for cattle occasionally. I got them from cackle farm hatchery.

Those new wing feathers are heavy and weaker birds let them sag. This can turn into angel wing but you will see those end feathers start to turn. At the moment just keep an eye on it. The more exercise she gets the stronger she will be. Do they get any supervised swim time?

This is not angel wing, but it is a sign she is struggling. What are you feeding as their main food? Make sure she gets niacin DAILY. (The B complex or nutritional yeast)
