4 week old easter egger has me worried...

I have another chick I need help with. This 4 week old EE has the coloring of a pullet but the comb is pretty bumpy already. Any ideas??

It looks very girly to me. After enlarging the pic's it appears the comb has just one row down the center versus the three a roo would have. It's also not pinking up like I would expect in a roo that age. I think you have a pullet.
