I've got a couple of 4 (almost 4 1/2) week old EEs from Meyer. Both are supposed to be pullets but one is getting some darker red on its wings. From what I understand that is typical roo markings, but this extends down its back and up the base of the neck. It looks as though the whole topline may be this color. Does that still mean its a boy?
Here are some pictures (If I can get them to show up)
In the one above you can see the dark red down the center of its back and extending up onto the base of the neck. There is also some dark red in the tail feathers but I didn't get a very good picture of that.
