4 week old isa, is he a rooster?

I’m very confused. He’s getting dark brown adult feathers, while his sibling chick is growing caramel coloured feathers. His feet are a little bigger too.
Is it easier if this one is compared with a sibling from the same hatch?

Without a doubt, he's all cockerel. Coloration gives it away, too, if Isa Browns are a type of Red Sex Link (which I'm not entirely sure of).

Cockerel. White Isa Browns, or red sex links, are cockerels. But, as mentioned, that's only if he's first generation.
