I had 6 Isa Brown awhile back. All the hens have the brown and a bit of white colour on their feather.

The rooster at this age is covered with white feather and on the neck has gold, and across both wings and back are red/gold/yellow colour.
My rooster at a week old he was all white feather.

Base on my experience with Isa Brown, and if your flock is pure Isa Brown, I say they are hens.

Isa Brown is sexlink so the gender is identifiable by feather colour.
