4 week old silkie loosing weight hard crop

My one and only silkie has been losing weight so last night I brought her back up to the house. This morning she has a hard crop. I'm new to chickens so I am assuming I missed this early on. (Am really mad at myself) they get starter and some layer crumble(chicks vary in age) along with grit oyster shell and cracked corn and vegtable scraps. What can I do? Please tell me I didn't kill her.

Well silkie is doing better. I force fed some warm olive oil and massaged the crop. He's drinking and eating and pooping. I don't think it was actually impacted, I think he just stuffed himself and being so skinny it felt huge. Is it hard to keep weight on silkies? I don't see him getting bullied and he does eat. So why is he so skinny? I say he cause his top knot is just starting to come in and its uneven looking.
