Very new to Chickens - 4 weeks to be exact! 
We have a Welsummer who just stopped walking on Friday. All other body parts are working. She was a bit listless and didn't want to eat for the first few days. However, as of today she is eating and drinking and passing waste as she is meant to. We have given her plain yogurt, some feed and water with electrolytes. She just can't get up and walk. No runny nose or eyes, able to flap wings, vocal.
We immediately removed her from the flock, brought her into the house in a box with heating pad and have regular contact with her.
Is it possible that it was a stroke that has paralyzed her? The hatchery thought maybe it was the Purina chick starter that was the problem, others have said Marek's.
I was ready to put her down yesterday, but today she is very active eating well.
