4 week old with eye problem

Hi all, I need help! This little girl is 4 weeks old. She has blinked this eye much more than the other for a while now, but the last couple days it looks like her eyeball is swollen and has fluid in it. Now she is closing it most of the time. She eats good and drinks. She poops fine. She seems to sleep a bit more then the others. She has only had starter/grower, scrambled eggs, water and electrolytes. Any Ideas?
