4+ week serama chicks

i have 6 serama chicks that hatched october 13th so they’re about 4.5 weeks old. i’m fairly certain about half of them but the other half i’m not quite sure. i’ll label them 1-6 for clarity. thank you for your time and input!!

1) male

2) male

3) thinking female based on demeanor but the comb isn’t the smallest

4) female (pretty confident in that)

5) thinking female but not certain

6) unsure

1 and 2 cockerels, 3 - probable cockerels, 4-6 probable pullets.

I agree with sourland. 1 & 2 seem to be cockerels, 3 is questionable, 4-6 look like pullets so far. Are these silkie Seramas? They sure are cute.

thank you and yes! 2-4 are silkies, 5 is a frizzle and 1&6 are regularly feathered seramas. they are such charming little things!

They really are! We have some big fans of silkied Seramas on BYC-- I think there was a thread about them.

I agree with the others. Another week or so and you should know number 3 for sure.
