4 weeks of Permethrin treatment and still have mites! Help me please

Interesting, spinosad is a ton cheaper than Elector PSP... what would be the dilution?
That's because Elector is 44.2% and the stuff like Captain Jack's is only 5%. To make something like Elector you need to use 757 ml of the 5% product and 3028 ml of water (757 + 3028 = 3785 ml = one gallon.)

The ready to use spinosad is not strong enough, it's only 0.001%

That makes perfect sense, thank you for the dilution!

I sprayed my coop today (it’s probably 3’x5’ with a 3’x4’ addition we built over the run) and when I say sprayed, I mean liberally sprayed. I used two of my 800 ml bottles with the 1:19 dilution. I sprayed every nook and cranny and then some.

@casportpony how often should I be spraying the coop? Also should I spray my chickens more often than every 7 days?

Are all the mites dead?
I didn’t see any when I checked that it was dry and let the chickens back in. I’ll check first thing in the morning to make sure. It was funny (more gross, but ya know) that I could guess which nesting box my chicken laid her egg in that my husband got earlier today because the mites were crawling on the fake egg I have in that box and not in the other ones.
Also I sprayed the chickens on Tuesday and didn’t spray again today, but I just saw your comment about spraying sparingly with the higher dilution on them. Should I consider spraying them tomorrow with the higher dilution?
