4 wk old chick Bent beak

Hello. We bought some new chicks and this ones bill started to cross. Not terrible like some cross beaks I've seen. Notice it very slightly at about 2 weeks. Hopefully she didn't fall or hit her head. I know so.e have fed mash and trimmed which is I think my plan. How long will it take til it is adult size? Im assuming it will probably get worse? Or could it stay at this severity?
