4 Wk Production Red, leg turning at the knee

I have a 4 week old Production Red whose leg start bending to the side today. When he walks, it straightens out and then goes to side.

Suggestions?

Splint it with popsicle sticks?

I'd think that splinting would be a good solution since you can catch this early.
