I mean withhold food and water for 24 hours for sour crop. While trying to treat cossidosis

Treat the coccidiosis first, don't withhold that water. That water should be the only water available during treatment. For any that are very sick you can also give an oral dose once a day, in addition to the medicated water, instructions for that are here:

Coccidiosis can also cause crops to slow, so treating that first is important. What are all the symptoms you are seeing?
Was the feed moldy? Or just had gotten wet for a short time?

2 hour Sideways rain and hail soaked our run....and then 90 degree temps for 2 days....I suppose that's where it came from....we have a huge clean...run and coop...totally ventilated....had vet look at one of our dead babies...he said it was coci....separated all babies and have sanitized and dug out run..coop.etc with vet approved sanitizer....turned all my big ones out to free range....they seem healthy and fine except some of their crops are squishy....so I wanted to treat them for sour crop....thought I could maybe give them yogurt....acv in water???....as well as corid???....just don't want acv to cancel.out corid!?!

I would just do the Corid water now. See if that brings improvement by itself.
Check the older birds crops first thing in the morning before they've eaten or drank, see what they feel like then. They eat and drink and digest all day, so having stuff in the crop then may not really be an issue.

First vinegar water is not going to treat a sour crop.

Did you buy the liquid or powder Corid?

What exactly is yucky feed?
Did the food get moldy?

Moldy feed can kill.
Having coccidiosis can cause crop issues.

First thing you need to do is make sure they have fresh food. Second thing is treat everybody for coccidiosis and see if that fixes the crop issues.

This morning I had a few that had squishy balloons…..I literally went down to the coop….while they were still on their roosts at 6am and felt every single crop as I petted them…lol….

Still, coccidiosis treatment first. That may take care of the crop issues as well. With coccidiosis the gut can get so upset that digestion slows. If they are still having issues after treatment then another cause would have to be looked for. Crop problems very often are caused by something other than the crop, the crop is just a symptom.
