This is my first venture and I filled it! Probably shouldn't have but what the heck.
I couldn't get any BLRW eggs, and mine stopped laying for now so the eggs that I set are all just mutts from my BLRW roo and my mix of girls. (I hate calling them mutts, but it is what it is.)
Anyone interested in chicks in Maine, let me know!
(I know...don't count your chickens before they are hatched!) but I need to at least start thinking about it!

Wish me luck!!!!

Where in Maine are you located? My hen is sitting on 9 eggs, but if they don't work out I would be interested. I only have 1 hen and 1 roo, and this is my second attempt at having her hatch chicks for me (instead of ordering them).

We're in Midcoast Maine - Richmond/Bowdoinham area.

Thanks!

Hey Jag like my Daddy always said, don't do anything half way.

You can call your chicks mutts but personally I'll be calling mine designer chicks

Happy Hatching
