48 hours into a broody hen hatch when do I give up?

Eggs started pipping on Saturday around 12:00 noon and as of today at 12:00 noon (48hours) 5 out of 9 have hatched with the last hatching Sunday around 3:00pm. I put the chicks in a brooder so the hen would keep setting. How long should I wait before giving up on the other eggs?

I am confused ! Is the hen hatching them, or is the hen a separate issue? Was she already sitting on the eggs? Were the eggs all put in incubator the same day after being stored?

Hen has been setting on them for 22 days now. I just pulled the chicks after they dried off and put them in the brooder.
