48 hours...should I see this?

This is my first attempt at hatching.

Curiosity got the best of me and I took a peek at the eggs I have in a mini chick bator.

One egg looks just like a yolk the other has a round circle.
Its not so clear in the photo (#2 center) but it is clear as day when candled.

Could I be seeing the embryonic disc?
