Here's a recipe my daughter (who's 8) came up with mostly on her own. Its very good, and uses what we all have surplus of! Chicken AND Eggs!
You will need:
Cooked, deboned chicken breast- pulled apart into bite size pieces
Miracle Whip
Several hard boiled eggs (make a few extra for your chickies!
)
Celery (optional)
A dash of yellow mustard
Celery salt, pepper, and other seasonings you like (we use Mrs Dash Table Blend)
What to do:
Chop hard boiled eggs and put in bowl. Add pulled apart chicken and celery. Add enough Miracle Whip and mustard to get a paste like consistancy. Season to taste. Great on crackers, toast, or as a lunch sandwhich! This is a kids favorite, and a good way to use up leftover chicken too.
